This has been such an awful experience. I have had my account closed twice now for "unusual activity" and when contacting support, nothing seems to get done. The AI customer support bot does not help, it just kept saying it didn't recognize my request, no matter what I said. I'm genuinely so disappointed and I've never stressed so hard trying to purchase something. Just take my money lol!! I don't know why it wasn't working.

I'm not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from. The ever-hyped try-on program has extremely variable and constantly shifting inventory and at no point can you just try on two different sizes or colors of the same dress at once. You pay extra for them to ship you the "Ship Now" dresses, and if you forget to select that option they will take two weeks to get you that same dress. Their customer service is garbage because it's 90% AI and gets their shipping policies wrong constantly.

I had a problem with an order (an error on my end) and the customer service was above and beyond. Not only was the error identified (I somehow used an old email adress) and tracking provided, but the representative checked in a couple of days later when delivery was made to make sure I received the dress. This is my second Azazie purchase using custom measurements and both gowns were perfect and beautiful and great quality.
